This is probably one of the most unique bikes you will ever find! Bimota only built a few of these bikes in the first place and this is number 9 off the production line! Unfortunately, it came to us in a fairly sorry state, as a previous owner had messed about with just about everything on the bike and even cut the body work up ( for some reason??). We decided that, in the tradition of our special build projects, we would give it the Cafe treatment – so after removing the carbs for a refreshing clean and ballance – after completely re-wiring the bike, fitting a new chain and giving it a complete service – our design team came up with how it should look as a cafe racer. With a hand made alloy tank, bespoke seat unit, alloy seat hump, single headlamp, new underseat exhaust and the original speedo fixed inside a chrome housing. The subframe was powder coated satin black and jacked up by 20mm. All the electronics were “hiden” under the tank giving the bike a really clean look. In addition, the bike came with adjustable bars, remote adjustable paioli shock and fantastic 5 spoke Marvic wheels. Not to mention, brembo brakes and billet alloy everything! The original swooping lines of the bike remain unchanged as does the BMW engine and beautiful frame and swing arm. Original carbon fenders were in a faily poor state, so were cut down to remove most of the damaged fibers and now look even more in-keeping with the bike. The bike rides really well and at a little over 120kg and 50BHP it’s great fun!
